Curated by product operations pro, Faith Peterson, we’ll explore how Agile principles can be applied to civic engagement, resistance efforts, and grassroots initiatives—especially in places where resources are limited, motivation is scattered, and visibility is low.

Without a central gathering point, efforts are diffused, and groups remain invisible—even to potential allies. What would it take to go from zero to visible? How might a group form, prioritise, and take meaningful action as a constructive force in the community?

We’ll work together in small groups to imagine Agile-inspired backlogs and approaches for starting a community-building effort from scratch.

Expect inspiration from campaign organising, community journalism, and even craftivism. Bring your creativity, experience, and curiosity about how Agile can make a difference beyond the office.
